Smoked Pork Loin
Water with bouquet garni or bouillon
Put the pork loin in a pot and cover with water/bouquet garni or bouillon. Bring to a boil. Turn the heat down to low and let simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
Serve with potatoes, vegetables, pickled cucumber, red beets, etc.
The pork loin is also excellent for cold cuts/sandwich meat for any kind of (open faced or regular) sandwiches.
