1 package pork belly (2 lbs)

Cut the pork belly strips into 3 each and place on a rack over a pan (cover pan with parchment paper for easier clean-up). Sprinkle salt onto the pork belly pieces and place in oven at 350F (convection). Bake for approx. 45 minutes. Turn several times. When the pork belly is ready (crunchy), take out of and place briefly on a piece of paper towel to make the pieces even more crunchy. Arrange on a platter and serve with boiled white potatoes, parsley sauce a and vegetables of your choice.
