Danish Meatballs

1 package ”Frikadelle-mix”

Melt the butter in the pan. Add Frikadelle-mix to the melted butter (mold the meat balls to the size and shape you like – use a teaspoon or tablespoon). Fry at medium heat. Turn several times until cooked through and golden.
Make a pan-sauce or a white parsley sauce and serve with potatoes, cucumber salad, red beets, etc.


Tip: You can add some shredded onion and an egg to the mix, if you prefer the taste and want a slightly more fluffy “frikadelle”.
