Brown Gravy for Pork Roast

Approx. 4 servings.

Strain the drippings from the roast into a small pan. If there is excess fat, you can skim that off. Thicken the sauce with a corn starch/water mixture. Add some bouillon if necessary. Add browning, cream, salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
