Brown Gravy for Meatballs and Bratwurst

Approx. 4 servings

Remove the meat balls/bratwurst from the pan and keep warm.

Add some bouillon (or water from the potatoes) to the pan and let boil. Now strain the pan mixture into a small pot. Thicken the sauce with corn starch mixed with water. Add browning, cream, salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
